1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invoice Watchdog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Pilot Programme

This Service is currently in a closed pilot phase with limited participants. By using the Service during this phase, you acknowledge that:

  • (a) The Service is under active development and may contain bugs or errors;
  • (b) Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice;
  • (c) Your feedback may be used to improve the Service;
  • (d) If you have entered into a separate Pilot Services Agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.

3. Description of Service

Invoice Watchdog analyses Amazon FBA reports to identify potential reimbursement opportunities. The Service generates Claim Dossiers containing evidence and suggested messages that users can submit to Amazon Seller Support.

The Service does not:

  • Access your Amazon Seller Central account directly
  • Submit tickets or cases to Amazon on your behalf
  • Guarantee any specific reimbursement outcomes
  • Verify or dispute the amount Amazon calculates for any reimbursement
  • Provide legal, tax, or financial advice

Invoice Watchdog is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon and Amazon FBA are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your use complies with Amazon's Terms of Service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit fraudulent or bad-faith claims to Amazon
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service in ways that violate Amazon's policies

6. Fees and Payment

The Service operates on a success-fee model as described in your Pilot Services Agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with that agreement.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Invoice Watchdog Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

As a pilot programme participant, you acknowledge that the Service is under active development. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of our analysis or the success of any reimbursement claims. Amazon retains sole discretion over reimbursement decisions.

We do not verify or dispute the amount Amazon calculates for any reimbursement. If you believe Amazon's valuation is incorrect, you are responsible for raising this separately with Amazon.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOICE WATCHDOG LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) £500.

We shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to your Amazon account, seller ratings, product listings, or for any account suspension or enforcement action by Amazon, even if arising in connection with your use of our Service or Claim Dossiers.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make or fail to make based on the Service output or Claim Dossiers, including any decision not to submit or to delay submitting claims to Amazon.

11. Termination

We may terminate your account by giving 7 days' written notice. We may suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding fees remain payable in accordance with your Pilot Services Agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
